Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, brokerage name, real estate license number, and profile photo when you register.

Billing and Payment Information: Payment method details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

Uploaded Contact Data: Names, mailing addresses, property addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and any custom tags you apply to contacts you upload via CSV or manual entry.

Property Records: Property addresses, square footage, bedroom/bathroom counts, year built, assessed values, and ownership information retrieved from third-party data providers based on your uploads.

AI-Generated Content: Certain features use AI to generate property summaries, valuation commentary, and marketing text. We may store this generated content to deliver the service.

Usage Analytics: Pages visited, features used, clicks, session duration, and other interaction data to improve the platform.

Device and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and cookies.

Uploaded Assets: Photos, logos, and other branding materials you upload for use on printed cards.

We do not sell your personal information or your uploaded contact lists to any third party.

• Account data: retained while your account is active and for 3 years after account deletion
• Uploaded contact data: retained until you delete it or your account is deleted
• Billing records: retained for 7 years as required by law
• Audit logs: retained for 365 days minimum (configurable by admin)
• Generated card content and PDFs: retained until deleted by you or upon account deletion

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, session management, and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand platform usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not function correctly.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

To delete your account or request a data export, email support@realestatereviewcards.com with subject "Account Deletion Request" or "Data Export Request." We will process your request within 30 days. Certain data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

The platform is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
